Students interested in Mass Communication should consider
joining the department's Broadcast Club
responsible for SJCC's radio station
Pre-law or forensics students should consider the traditional
performance lecture hall section of

All Communication Studies courses at SJCC include laboratory work that provides realistic communication experiences to enhance student learning. Many department courses also provide Service Learning opportunities for students to apply their communication skills in the community.
