Costs will be actual - but the following are typical hourly charges and assume overtime rate
Campus Police $50/hour (overtime rate)  
Walkie-Talkie radios avail. at time of agreement  
 NOTE: Events requiring more than 4 officers will also have a $30/officer charge for radio rental    
Custodian/Grounds Staff $35/hour (overtime rate)  
Site Supervisor $28-$50/hour  Actual based on person available
Athletic Site Supervisor  $28-$50/hour  Actual based on person available
Notes:  
Use of Theater is available only as "bare bones" . There is not a theater technician available at this time
If full theater lighting will be required renter must engage services of a professional lighting company. Subject to our approval.
* - Requires technician to be in attendance for rental duration - hourly charge for technician will be actual cost
** - If gym is used for other than athletic activity, and floor covering is needed, there will be additional labor charge
*** - May be additional charge for staff time to install/set-up - charge will be actual cost - minimum of one hour
