  1. Start here by submitting an application for admission to the college via CCC Apply

    • All new students must submit an application
    • (Please note:  International Students planning to study at SJCC full-time under F-1 visa status are required to submit an International Student Application to be considered for admission. Please click on the following link for more information http://www.sjcc.edu/current-students/on-campus-resources/international-students.)
    • Students who were away from SJCC for one semester or more (not including Summer) must submit an application
       
  2. Take an Assessment Test to determine which English and Math classes you will start with.

    • SJCC Student ID number is required to schedule an Assessment. You will receive your student ID number, via email, shortly after you submit your application for admission.

  3. Attend an Orientation to learn more about how SJCC works

    • Assessment exams are all followed by Orientation sessions
    • Speak with the Counseling department about other Orientation options

  4. Meet with a Counselor to develop or revise your Educational Plan

  5. Register for Classes
