Scholarship Application Procedures

1.   Look through the scholarship listing.  Scholarships and awards are listed in alphabetical order by name.

2.   Identify scholarships for which you meet eligibility requirements.

3.   Complete an application for each scholarship for which you choose to apply. Paper applications are available in the Financial Aid Office.

Allow two weeks or more to secure these documents.  NOTE:        ALTHOUGH IT MAY NOT BE AN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT FOR ALL SCHOLARSHIPS, PLEASE SUBMIT A COPY OF YOUR UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS AND SPRING 2008 CLASS SCHEDULE WITH EACH APPLICATION.

5.   Return completed scholarship application packets (including Personal Recommendation forms, essays, etc.,) to the Financial Aid Office before the specified deadline date, or your application to the appropriate donor organization in time to meet the stated deadline.

6. Scholarship recipients will be mailed an award letter approximately two weeks before the Scholarship & Award Ceremony.

ALL RECIPIENTS MUST COMPOSE A THANK YOU LETTER AND ATTEND THE SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS CEREMONY ON MAY 8TH
