Upon completion of a kinesiology activity course, the student should be able to:
- Identify and apply the components of physical fitness as it relates to muscular endurance, strength, cardio respiratory, flexibility, body composition, and psycho motor ability.
- Utilize knowledge to design, develop, and implement an effective personalized fitness program while enhancing individual skill development.
- Identify social, cultural, ethnic and environmental factors that influence food habits, and exercise/activity patterns.
- Organize a positive environment that is conducive to building confidence, social interaction, and self esteem to develop physical fitness.
