The Service Learning Application needs to be turned into the Service Learning Office
BEFORE THE STUDENT GOES TO THE VOLUNTEER SITE.

This is the protocol that we have established to maintain a current     contact and updatable progress and profile report(s). We try to maintain contact     from beginning to end to be sure to help the student with their Service Learning     progress.
