Administrative Services

Administrative Services

Is responsible for the Campus Tech Support Services, Grounds, Custodial Services, Facilities Management, Business Services, Campus Safety, Bond Management, Facilitiy Rentals and other operational type activities of the college.

 

Business Services:

Responsible for the accounting functions that take place on campus. Business Services is responsible for student accounts, facility rentals, vehicle reservations, petty cash, contract management, annual budget, coordinating grants management, scholarships, and collecting outstanding debt from students. Staff also support students with the checking out of graphing calculators, book loan vouchers and other activities approved by the Associated Student Government.

Business Services is located in the Business Building Room 101 and operates Monday - Friday 8:30-4:30.

Custodial and Grounds:

The grounds department is responsible for the immaculate grounds that we enjoy here at SJCC. Planting new flowers, keeping trees/bushes trimmed, making repairs as needed and overall upkeep of the outdoor areas of the campus is their mission every day. The staff in this department make walking across the campus a joy no matter what time of year it is.

The custodial department maintains the nearly 500,000 square feet of space on campus to provide for a clean and healthy environment that we enjoy on a daily basis. Custodial Services are led by Germain Nory, Custodial Supervisor.
