To receive Financial Aid for the 2012-2013 Academic Year, you must submit the 2012-2013 FAFSA. Once you do, and we receive your FAFSA information, we will send you an e-mail requesting additional documents to complete your file.
If you are applying for Financial Aid for the 2012-2013 Academic Year, which includes Fall 2012, Spring 2013 and Summer 2013, you will need to submit 2012-2013 documents.
Verification Worksheet: required for students, who are selected, to verify certain data elements of the FAFSA. You should have received a “missing documents” e-mail/letter from the Financial Aid Office stating which Verification Worksheet (if any) needs to be submitted, as well as any supporting documentation. The completed form along with relevant income information must be submitted to the Financial Aid Office.

Note: if you have been asked to provide your and/or your parents’ 2011 income tax information, be sure to request a tax transcript from the IRS.
