Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education is an additional program that further serves EOPS students who fulfill the criteria of being a single head of household parents. The CARE program also provides beyond services offered through EOPS.

- Receiving cash aid from Cal-Works/TANF
- Enrolled in at least 12 units
- Have children under 14 years old
