The SJCC faculty and staff represent an extraordinary team of professionals dedicated to your success. Each employee group plays a key role in participatory governance and decision-making. Leaders within our Faculty Association, Academic Senate, and Associated Students serve as advocates for the needs of community college students at the local level and statewide. Our dedicated classified staff offers direct services aimed at helping students navigate educational processes, and our team of managers and supervisors provide administrative oversight to programs and services.
