 Below is a schedule of course and enrollment updates for Moodle classes for Summer (2012SU) and Fall (2012FA) 2012 semesters.

6/4/2012 - Repeat import of 2012SU courses and faculty enrollment, enroll all current students, and activate automatic daily updates of faculty and student enrollments for the 2012SU term.

6/15/2012 - Repeat import of 2012SU courses, and faculty enrollment.

8/20/2012 - Repeat import of 2012FA courses and faculty enrollment, enroll all current students, and activate automatic daily updates of faculty and student enrollments for the 2012SP term.

8/31/2012 - Day before start of Spring term  Repeat import of 2012FA courses, and reset all student passwords for 2012FA term.

9/4 - 9/18/2012 - First two weeks of 2012FA term  ad hoc import of newly added sections.
11/26/2012 - Week after last day to drop – turn off daily updates.

  • CCC Confer Provides e-conferencing services free of charge to all staff, faculty, and administrators in the California Community Colleges system. You can conduct meetings, live classes, office hours, and group discussions remotely, using document sharing, telephone conferencing, chat, and other technologies.
    CCC Confer uses Elluminate Live! software for its conferencing services.
Note: Moodle has a module that integrates Elluminate Live. Click on Add Blocks on your homepage and select Elluminate Live!.
  • EduStream
    EduStream provides access to captioned, ADA-compliant educational videos, which you can link to from Moodle. It also provides free use of its streaming servers for instructional audio or video files that you have created.
