Turn off Pop-up Blockers - If a pop-up blocker is enabled on your computer, it will interfere with downloading files and with using certain WebCT tools, such as Discussions and Quizzes. (Some browsers and security programs come with pop-up blockers, including the AOL and Safari browsers, and Norton Internet Security software.)

If possible, set the WebCT server (webct.sjeccd.org) as an allowed site in your browser. Otherwise, you may need to disable the pop-up blocker entirely while using WebCT.
