Microwave and Satellite Communication Systems prepares microwave technicians for electronics careers in space and telecommunication research, explorations, and commercialization. Microwave communications and satellite systems are stressed both in theory and in the laboratory. Lectures, films, and field trips survey aerospace and telecommunications applications of microwave technology. Laboratory projects include satellite tracking and communication experiments which apply to the telecommunications, telecommand, and telemetry industry.
