Peer-​Led Team Learning (PLTL) is a learning and leadership program accomplished through a co​llaborative effort between the Metas Program and STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math). 

The central component of the program is weekly PLTL ​worksh​ops for students enrolled in specified STEM courses that are facilitated by peer leaders.

During the workshops, students participate in discussions, problem solving, and other activities to assist them in​ enh​ancing their su​bject matter knowledge, study skills, and course su​ccess.
