Jack Christiansen, Assistant Golf Coach

Assistant Golf Coach Jack Christiansen

My interest in coaching and working with up and coming golfers began at Santa Clara Golf and Tennis in the late 90’s. I was instrumental in developing a Jr. Golf Match Play League that provides a Jr. competitive program for golf courses throughout the Bay Area. My teams over the past 15 years have provided me with several league championships, opportunities to see Jr. Team members move on to college golf, even a few move on to professional careers.

Over the past 12 years as Coach Stagnaro’s assistant, I’ve helped San Jose City’s golf program developing incoming golfers who aspire to be team members. My main task at hand has been to help ready both team members and potential team members to perform under competitive pressure. I have enjoyed assisting and working with team members in all aspects of the game, but mostly for what will help make them both mentally and physically prepared for team competition.

 Courses the jaguars compete on:

  • Coyote Creek
  • The Villages
  • Silver Creek
  • Cinnabar
  • Cordevalle
