Arnold Salazar, Trainer
Arnold Salazar is entering his 29th year of service with San Jose City College. In order for athletes to compete successfully on the inter-collegiate level, they must be physically fit and healthy. It is Arnold's job to help educate the athletes and coaches, prevent injuries, and rehabilitate injuries. There are very few trainers that have the enthusiasm and knowledge for their job or the compassion for athletes like Arnold. Our basketball players are very fortunate to have a trainer of Arnold's caliber.

Charles Southward, Announcer
Charles Southward is entering his 12th year as "the Voice of the Jags." His enthusiasm and game knowledge make our basketball games both spirited and exciting. Charles' love for the game is definitely evident in the way he announces. We appreciate the time and support that Mr. Southward has given to our basketball program over the years.

Art Fiance, Statistician
Art Fiance is entering his 22nd year as the Jaguar statistician. Art has been a valuable asset to the basketball program. Art's attention to detail and tenacity has helped Coach Carr and the coaching staff prevent the Jaguars from being "homered" on the road. We appreciate the time and work that Mr. Fiance has given to our basketball program over the years.

Marj Rico, Secretary
Marj Rico is the athletic program's secretary. Marj is always willing to assist our basketball program. We appreciate the time and assistance Marj has given to our basketball program over the years.

Jason Norcross, Strength & Conditioning Coach
Jason is entering his second season as strength coach for the men's basketball team. Jason received his Master's and Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from UC-Davis. He has pursued the study of human performance through the educational, medical and research field, but his true passion is to translate the science into results on the athletic floor. Aside from working with the men's basketball team, Jason is a full-time clinical exercise physiologist, freelance fitness writer and personal trainer. He currently resides in Sunnyvale with his wife, Kelly.
