Scholarship Information
| The San José City College Scholarship Program awards over 50 scholarships sponsored by community organizations, businesses, campus organizations, and district/college faculty and staff. Every year, scholarship booklets and applications are available to our students. Students are encouraged to apply for scholarship opportunities for which they meet the qualifications. Specific requirements vary according to conditions stipulated by the donors and the SJCC Scholarship Committee, but attention is usually given to some or all of the following areas: |  Mr Liu and the 2006-2007 Robert Chang Scholarship recipients |

- Leadership Ability
- Standards of Character and Citizenship
- Educational & Vocational Objectives
- Commitment to School, Community, or Society
- Financial Need (may be a factor, but seldom an exclusive factor)
- Neatness and Legibility of Application
- Composition and Grammar
