Requirements and Procedure for Admission and Registration:
- Fill out and submit an
Application for Admission at San Jose City College online
- Take placement test at SJCC through the
Assessment Center. Appointments may be scheduled online. If you test out of Basic Math 310 you can go into Math 13.
- You must be an approved apprentice through the Department of Apprenticeship Standards. Download state applicationhere.
- SJCC school number is #146.
- Journeyman Electricians need 16 or 32 educational hours to keep a certificate current.
