We provide research consulting, support, facilitation and technical assistance to college faculty, staff, administrators and students. We also provide support for accountability reporting related to accreditation, state/federal requirements and grants. Our services include:

Provides wide array of
basic information about students, courses, student services, outcomes, faculty and staff for all community colleges in California.
Student Success Metrics (New in 2019)
Provides a
holistic view on student success. Organized around common goals such as adult education/ESL, short-term career education, and degree/transfer, the metrics capture progression along students' educational journey from recruitment to completion, transfer, and the workforce.
Student Success Scorecard (will be replaced by Simplified Metrics in 2019)
The Scorecard is a performance measurement system that
tracks student success. The data tell how well colleges are doing in remedial instruction, job training programs, retention of students and graduation and completion rates. Data is shown disaggregated by gender, age and ethnicity. The Scorecard will be replaced by the Simplified Metrics in 2019.
LaunchBoard – Community College Pipeline Dashboard
Community college
offerings, student characteristics, milestones, completion, and employment outcomes to support program review and planning.
LaunchBoard - Adult Education Pipeline Dashboard
Comprehensive, multi-level data on student demographics, enrollment, outcomes, types of services received, and employment using new adult education data and accountability metrics.

CTE Outcome Survey (CTEOS)
A statewide study to assess employment outcomes of students who have participated in
career technical education (CTE) coursework at California Community Colleges. Includes a dashboard to explore the data.

Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS)
Data on enrollment, program completion, graduation rates, faculty and staff, finances, institutional costs and student financial aid. Can be used to compare our college to other similar institutions nationwide.
American Fact Finder
Access point for the Census Bureau's data. Provides tools to look up, view and deliver data, reports, tables, maps and fact sheets on United States population, economy and industry statistics. Searchable by large and small scale geographies (e.g. states, counties, zip and census tracts).
