San Jose Promise and Summer Bridge

Welcome 2020 San Jose Promise Students!

The San Jose Promise Program provides first-year students with the financial support, counseling, textbook rentals, and mentorship needed to successfully complete 60-unit in their first two years at SJCC.

San Jose Promise Students begin their college experience with the the Summer Bridge Program. The Bridge Program provides an opportunity for students to begin the first year of college by completing a college-level course during summer while learning to navigate college life. Students continue their experience through the San Jose Promise Program with a team of counselors, instructors, and peers to guide them beyond the first year of college, through transfer, and graduation.

Congratulations to those who completed Summer Bridge.
