Welcome to the Business & Workforce Development Division! We’re here to help you prepare for employment, career advancement, and continuing education opportunities in Accounting, Business, Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, Cosmetology, Dental Assisting, Medical Assisting, Emergency Medical Services, Health Education, Marketing, and Real Estate.
Our Division also offers courses and programs that are hands-on and flexible to train students in a new career fields or enhancing skills within their current field.
Current programs include Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technology, Construction Technology, Electrician Trainee, Facilities Maintenance, Laser Technology, Machine Technology, and Work Experience.
Courses are offered days, nights, Saturdays, weekends, online, hybrid, 16 week, 8 week, and 4 week schedules. You have the ability to earn a certificate(s) and/or degree(s) after successful completion the required course work. The division establishes and assesses its effectiveness in part through measuring division-level outcomes in the areas listed below. The areas are each aligned to the college goals:
1. Instructional Services: The quality of division-wide instructional practices, resources, and materials.
2. Career Education Support Services: The effectiveness of division wide advising, engagement, and resource delivery outside of the classroom.
3. Employment Development: The delivery and availability of employment preparation, assessment, and placement for Career Education students.
4. Industry Engagement: The quantity and quality of industry-specific partnership activities, engagement, and collaborations.
5. Division Operations: The level of collaboration, personnel support, and planning the happens across the division.

California License Examination Passage Rate
Passage rates provided must be for the most recent available year and be for graduates of its undergraduate programs leading to employment for which passage of a California licensing examination is required. This law does not require institutions to calculate and publish rates, but they must provide a link to the appropriate California licensing or regulatory agency that does.
